Quality Control

The qulaity of our work is one of the most important aspects of our service. All work is accompanied by a route card which allows our engineers to sign off each stage of production and report issues. The shop floor is equipped with a number of granite flat surfaces with height gauges and measuring tools allowing for dimension measurement to be carried out as and when. We also operate a dedicated quality control facility which is equipped with a Ferranti CMM unit with Renishaw probe that allows us to carry out dimension meausrements against drawing details in a controlled environment.
