| Detail: 20m of balcony and railings plus 5m of stair balustrade based on RSJ structure with 4" uprights and wooden decking. Structure consisted of 7 balustrade panels, stair railing and a gate with a central laser cut tree logo. Structure was galvanised and powder coated green. Commemorative plaque laser cut and fixed into masonry. The circular metalwork surrounding the clock was similarly laser cute, fabricated, galvanised, masked, and selectively powder coated. | ||||
